The LEDs are mounted on "Direct on Cu Substrate" based on its wealth of experience in UV LED and thermal management.
The special thermal managed-structure and optimized-design must be needed to enhance the efficiency and quality of High Density UV LED Modules.
We successfully managed the materials, structure and design of LED, Package and PCB. As a result of it, the performance has been sufficiently improved.
This High Density UV LED Modules can be used for curing of ink, resin, adhesive materials.
Also we can use it for any applications that need high power UV-ray.

Structures
In case of Conventional Module, the Insulator layer must be under the LED.
The Insulator layer prevents to release heat generated in LED to Cu substrate.
On the other hand, our LEDs are mounted directly on the Cu substrate.
"Direct on Cu Substrate" has good heat release condition and leads high power, high efficiency and long life-time.
